LED照明灯具的散热途径
正因为LED光源自身没有红外线、紫外线,因此LED光源自身没有辐射散热功能,LED照明灯具的散热途径只能通过与LED灯珠板密切组合的散热器来导出热量。散热器必须具备热传导、热对流、热辐射的功能。

任何散热器,除了要能快速地把热量从发热源传导到散热器的表面,最主要的还是要靠对流和辐射把热量散发到空气中去。导热只解决了传热的途径,而热对流是散热器的主要功能,散热性能主要由散热面积、形状、自然对流强度的能力决定,热辐射只是辅助的作用。一般来说,如果热量从热源到散热器表面的距离小于5mm,那么只要材料导热系数大于5时,其热量就可导出,其余散热就必须由热对流来主导的了。
