压铸铝散热器

生产成本可控,散热翼无法做薄,很难使散热面积最大化。LED灯具散热器常用压铸材料为ADC10和ADC12。

挤压铝散热器
Extruded aluminum radiator
是将液态铝通过固定的模具挤压成型,然后将棒材通过机加工切割成需要的形状的散热器,后期加工成本较高。挤压铝散热器如图3所示。散热翼可以做得很多很薄,散热面积得到最大的扩展,散热翼工作时自动形成空气对流扩散热量,散热效果较好。常用材料是AL6061和AL6063。

The extrusion aluminum radiator is shown in Figure 3. The radiator wing can be made a lot of thinner, and the heat dissipation area is the biggest expansion. When the cooling wing works, it can automatically form air convection and diffusion heat, and the heat dissipation effect is better. The commonly used materials are AL6061 and AL6063.
冲压铝散热器

是通过冲床和模具对钢铁、铝合金的板材冲压、拉升,使之成为杯筒型的散热器,冲压成型的散热器内外周边平滑,因无翼而散热面积有限。常用铝合金材料是5052、6061、6063。冲压件质量很小,材料利用率高,是一种低成本方案。

The commonly used aluminum alloy materials are 5052, 6061, and 6063. Stamping quality is very small and material utilization rate is high. It is a low cost solution.
铝合金散热器的导热是比较理想的,比较适用于隔离的开关恒流电源。对于非隔离开关恒流电源来说,需要通过灯具的结构设计做好交流和直流、高压和低压电源的隔离,才能通过CE或UL认证。

是一种导热塑料外壳铝芯的散热器。导热塑料与铝散热芯在注塑机上一次成型,铝散热芯做埋件,需要预先进行机械加工。LED灯珠的热量通过铝散热芯快速传导给导热塑料,导热塑料利用它的多翼形成空气对流散热,利用它的表面辐射部分热量。
It is a radiator for the aluminum core of the heat conductive plastic shell. The thermal conductive plastic and aluminum heat dissipation core are molded on the injection molding machine once, and the aluminum radiator core is embedded. The heat of the LED bulb passes through the aluminum cooling core to the heat conductive plastic. The heat conduction plastic uses its multi wing to form the air convection heat, and uses its surface to radiate part of the heat.
